We are passionate about serving women through Bible study and prayer opportunities, to connect with Christ and develop a passion for Him, and to serve and invest in other women. We exist to encourage all ages of women to be involved in recognizing and using their spiritual gifts, to get women “out of the box” and open to new opportunities as they diligently do the right thing under God’s guidance, leaving success or failure in His hands.

Prayer Groups

Intercessors Prayer Group. Coordinates with the Church Prayer Alert. Wednesdays at 9:30 am. Facilitated by Charlotte Grimmer (347-0177).

Women's Ministry Special Events

Power Lunch: Monthly 4th Tuesdays at 12:00 noon.
A one-hour spiritual renewal for all women of First Baptist and surrounding areas through Bible study and outstanding Christian speakers.  Enjoy good food, music, and fellowship and be challenged, encouraged, and inspired.  Cost is $5 (call Kathi for reservations: 393-5683). Facilitator is Teresa Hall (347-2076, ext 112).
